Job summary

Artheon seeks a Program Manager in civil/municipal engineering to oversee multiple projects and client relationships. You will lead teams of 3–15+ staff, align work with business objectives, and drive high-quality delivery from planning through execution.

You will guide project scope, budgets, and schedules, while engaging in business development and ensuring safety and environmental compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Surveying, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent license required.
• 10+ years of experience in design, construction, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing and assisting in project management or client management.
• CME, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects within a program to meet profitability and growth targets.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with minimal supervision.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide guidance on delays or risks.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate resources and engage in business development activities.
• Ensure design and execution comply with safety and environmental requirements.
