Artheon is seeking a Program Manager to oversee municipal and civil engineering projects, coordinating 3–15+ staff across multiple clients. You’ll drive project plans, ensure budgets are met, and nurture client relationships while supporting business development.

The role requires a PE license, a strong background in civil/environmental disciplines, and a track record of delivering complex programs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Surveying, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent license required.
• 10+ years of experience in design, construction or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple related projects and clients to align with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with minimal supervision.
• Lead teams and mentor staff to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue growth opportunities.
