Artheon is seeking a Project Engineer – Municipal & Civil Engineering to join our Civil/Municipal practice in Neptune, NJ. You will design civil projects, prepare drawings and cost estimates, and support regulatory permitting while collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction managers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, PE licensure, 3+ years of civil engineering experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• 3+ years civil engineering experience, site/municipal focus.
• PE licensure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Hydrology/hydraulic modeling familiarity is a plus.
• Basic GIS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and development of roadways, stormwater, and site layouts.
• Prepare drawings, specs, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits and collect project data.
• Support schedules and budgets with senior engineers.
