Job summary

CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee project scope, schedule, and budget across the full lifecycle for multiple national accounts. You will drive budgets, monitor costs, and coordinate design and permitting to deliver quality outcomes.

The role requires strong communication skills, an ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to travel as needed. This position supports civil, landscape, and design initiatives with a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience managing multi-project budgets and schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, prepares, and oversees client-specific multi-project budgets.
• Monitors project budgets to ensure costs align with forecast and CEI processes.
• Reviews progress data to track timeline, costs, and client expectations.
• Monitors payables, receivables, and work-in-progress for assigned projects.
• Maintains proactive client relationships and pursues new business opportunities.
• Resolves client complaints to preserve ongoing business relations.
• Oversees program management and design activities including bid development, scheduling, permitting, and contractor coordination.
