Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to coordinate budgets and schedules for engineering deliverables. You will work closely with various agencies in the Chicago area, ensuring project success through excellent communication and resource management. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Civil/Structural projects, strong leadership qualities, and a track record of managing large-scale projects. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Civil/Structural A/E projects.
• Demonstrated experience in program management and engineering design.
• Extensive experience managing large scale projects (>$500MM).
• Substantive knowledge of project management scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgets and schedules for engineering deliverables.
• Assist with Client Capital Program and project prioritization.
• Prepare project status reports for supervisors and executives.
• Lead in establishing project risk parameters.
