Ideal candidates bring a four-year degree, 7 years of related experience, and at least 6 years in management, plus strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required with seven years of related industry experience.
• At least six years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering processes and procedures.
