Job summary

Accura Engineering is seeking a Deputy Program Manager/Project Manager to lead CMS/CEI teams in Atlanta with nationwide travel. The role emphasizes delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of project/program management experience, and may hold a PE license with CCM or PMP preferred, or be willing to obtain. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering or program management.
• PE license preferred; CCM or PMP preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CMS and CEI staff.
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project teams with high standards of performance, quality and safety.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Participate in proposal writing and development to support growth.
• Utilize MS Office Suite to manage tasks, budgets, and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
