Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the single point of contact for all contractual, technical, and administrative matters related to Army IT/C4IM programs. You will interface with CO/COR/ACORs to ensure effective communication and execution of objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in program management within GO/SES environments, extensive experience with APMS, ITAS, and ITSM, and a current Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience in U.S. Army IT programs.
• Direct experience delivering C4IM services in GO/SES environments.
• PMP certification.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact with the Government for program communications, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Exercise full authority to act for the Contractor on daily operation and performance of the contract.
• Manage and oversee all program activities, ensuring compliance with requirements, SLAs, and standards.
• Provide project management oversight for all Work Site initiatives and coordination with Government stakeholders.
• Apply APMS, ITAS, and ITSM knowledge to support activities and ensure compliance.
• Develop and deliver monthly progress reports detailing milestones, events, accomplishments, and status assessments.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and ensure proactive issue resolution to maintain continuity.
• Maintain coordination with subordinate project teams to ensure consistent execution and reporting.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to contractor personnel for mission success.
