Job summary

Position is contingent upon contract AwardAs the Program Manager, you will Provide overall management of the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center - Testing, Training, and Experimentation (MACC-TTE) to include directing all contractor/subcontractor personnel and performance reportsCORE RESPONISIBILITIES:Be authorized to act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters relating to this task order (TO) to include the authority to bind the Contractor for matters pertaining to the resultant TOExecute and monitor all program activitiesManage changes to scope, cost, and schedule of program work, coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projectsPrepare and update program plans and status reportsPrepare and present reports for all MACC-TTE eventsTrack and report key performance metrics with analysis as directed by the governmentReport status, develop project-related documentation, and implement lessons learnedConduct tours and briefings for Senior State and national level leadersRepresent the MACC-TTE at various national level working groups and planning conferencesConduct high-level engagements at the Joint Staff, Department of Army, National Guard Bureau and Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) levelsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Master's degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or related discipline 10+ years of relevant experience.
