Job summary

ARMADA seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead IT programs focused on CONUS locations with travel up to 5%. The role reports to ARMADA HQ and requires a Secret clearance, strong IA background, and proven cross-functional leadership.

You will develop and manage project plans, oversee scope and KPIs, ensure QA, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-quality results in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Ten years' experience managing a team in information technology and serving as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
• Five years' experience in information assurance.
• Minimum certifications required: IAT Level III (e.g., CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP or Associate, GCED, GCIH, CCSP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with tasks, timelines, and resource needs.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Identify and assess risks; develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate progress, issues, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Define and manage project scope to meet business requirements.
• Implement quality assurance processes to monitor deliverables.
• Adhere to government change management strategies and policies.
