Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a US-based manufacturing partner, seeks a Program/Project Manager to lead projects in operations and manufacturing. You will plan, monitor, and deliver initiatives with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers, ensuring on-time execution and executive reporting.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Program or Project Manager in operations or manufacturing.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and manage project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Provide matrix leadership and support of factory-wide projects and senior staff initiatives.
• Deliver executive-level reporting with weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates.
• Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and customer teams as needed for flawless execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure resource availability.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure high-quality standards and alignment with organizational goals.
• Perform risk management activities to minimize risks and maintain continuity.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Facilitate change management and maintain thorough project documentation.

Requirements

• ABachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Program or Project Manager in Operations or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Expertise in developing and managing project plans that clearly display milestones and deliverables.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Project , Agile or Waterfall.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to facilitate discussions across all levels of an organization.
• Experience interacting with customers, functional managers, and executives in a fast paced own environment.
