Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a Program Financial Analyst II (Lead) to provide financial analysis, budget formulation and defense support, and programmatic leadership.The role includes assisting the BFM with budget defense, financial execution, IT procurement, data reconciliation, and team workload management.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree with 7+ years in DoD/DON program management or financial analysis, plus leadership of contractor personnel in a government contracting setting.

• Ability to manage performance, provide feedback, and resolve personnel issues effectively and professionally.

• Experience training and mentoring team members on procedures, policies, and regulations required to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Budget Formulation & Defense Support: assist in defending budgets by preparing financial packages and documentation for program and budget reviews.
• Financial Execution & IT Systems Management: track IT expenditures, manage budget data in financial systems, analyze execution data, and manage IT procurement.
• Data Reconciliation & Stakeholder Coordination: coordinate with stakeholders and comptroller offices to ensure accurate financial data reconciliation.
• Programmatic & Administrative Lead Support: manage workload for the analyst team, maintain daily trackers, document processes, and provide backup support to the financial team.
