Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a Program Analyst II to provide strategic, technical, financial, programmatic, and administrative support for Science and Technology initiatives. The role includes planning, budgeting, reporting to senior leadership, stakeholder coordination, and IT/communication tasks as assigned.

The position requires experience with DoD/DON budget cycles, POM development, and strong communication skills to brief leadership and prepare official correspondence.

Qualifications

• Ability to think critically, analyze information, identify problems, evaluate solutions, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail with the ability to manage complex tasks.
• Proven experience liaising with senior military, government, and civilian personnel.
• Familiarity with the DoD budget cycle, POM development, and federal regulations (FMR, FMPM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for briefs, reports, and leadership correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of S&T initiatives, align programs with Naval needs.
• Support TRA/MRL activities and act as technical liaison with key stakeholders.
• Provide financial planning, budgeting support, and performance tracking.
• Support program operations, SOPs, audit readiness, and data routing.
