Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in program management.
• B.S. in an engineering discipline required; M.S. or Ph.D. preferred.
• Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) on time, to scope, with high quality.
• Experience in development and/or program management of satellite based systems.
• Ability to instantiate and manage integrated master schedules.
• Expertise in modern, cloud-based productivity tools.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines.
• Experience in vendor and contract management.
• Access to export controlled information requires U.S. person status, eligibility without export authorization, or eligibility and reasonable likelihood of obtaining required export authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary aerospace development effort and drive day-to-day program execution
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate program resources
• Synchronize diverse technical teams by establishing tools, practices, and processes
• Participate in technical discussions, ask probing questions, and develop scopes, schedules, and solutions
• Track and report schedule, resource, cost, risk, and technical performance metrics
• Serve as the company's representative to customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor and ensure successful execution of managed contracts
• Support business development through proposals, RFI responses, customer engagement, and organic growth
• Foster organic growth on existing contracts and support captures of new contracts
