Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking an Associate Program Director at our New York location to oversee the Article 31 clinic program. This role requires a Master’s degree in social work and NYS licensure as LCSW/LCSW-R, with strong supervisory and data-analysis skills.

The Associate Program Director will provide direct social work services, supervise staff and interns, ensure compliance with OMH guidelines, and participate in CQI activities. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; on-site work in NYC.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Demonstrates organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to generate, interpret and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Bi-lingual, fluency in Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Article 31 clinic program at the assigned location.
• Provides direct social work services including crisis intervention, individual, family and group counseling in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Assigns, monitors and evaluates supervisees, interns and staff; conducts performance evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with OMH and other regulatory guidelines; provides on-site supervision.
