The Institute for Family Health seeks a Program Director to oversee the Article 31 clinic program at the Kingston location. The role requires a Master’s degree in social work and NYS licensure as LCSW or LCSW-R, with strong supervision and data-analysis skills.

It includes crisis intervention, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing staff development. Responsibilities include implementing regulatory guidelines, providing after-hours coverage, and leading QA/CQI activities.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• NYS licensure as LCSW or LCSW-R.
• Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments at any time.
• Ability to generate, interpret and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Ability to provide advanced clinical supervision to interns and staff.
• Supervisory experience in health care setting, preferably in multi-site ambulatory care setting.
• Bi-lingual, fluency in Spanish, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Article 31 clinic program at the assigned location.
• Provide and coordinate direct social work services, including crisis intervention, individual, family and group counseling.
• Assist in implementing OMH and other regulatory guidelines.
• Provide off hours coverage for the center.
• Participate in quality assurance and CQI activities.
• Provide and/or ensure clinical supervision for staff and interns.
• Oversee orientation and training of new staff.
• Analyze and evaluate supervisees’ performance and complete evaluations on time.
