Job summary

Marrakech, Inc. in Connecticut is seeking a Lead Program Counselor (DSP) to support individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.

You will help with daily living tasks, safety checks, and model professional, compassionate care while encouraging independence and personal choice. The role requires a HS diploma or GED, a CT driver's license, and the ability to obtain DDS medication certification, CPR, and First Aid; plus 1 year of residential experience.
