Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Significant professional engineering practice experience.
• Ability to lead technical projects and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to hands-on, experiential learning for undergraduates.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of the CORE Design and Problem Solving Experience.
• Develop project-based activities integrating engineering science with practice.
• Establish learning outcomes and assessment for a multi-course sequence.
• Coordinate curriculum alignment with program objectives and accreditation.
• Mentor students on complex open-ended projects and teamwork.
