Job summary

Quva is seeking a Lead Production Technician – ILP for our Sugar Land, TX site. This full-time, first-shift role oversees planning, scheduling, staffing and daily execution for inspection, labeling and packaging of CSPs and non-sterile solutions, ensuring GMP compliance and timely batch documentation.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or labeling/packaging.
• Train the trainer qualified.
• Color perception exam required.
• Vision exam with 20/20 vision with or without correction.
• Able to work on all lines.
• 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inspection, labeling and packaging operations, including scheduling and processing of CSPs and non-sterile solutions.
• Serves as SME for cross-functional project teams.
• Maintains label inventory and meets production targets.
• Supports development of weekly ILP plans.
• Performs investigations related to non-conforming product.
• Communicates with Operations, Quality, Receiving/Shipping and other support staff.
• Ensures timely material transport and processing per internal procedures.
• Identifies process improvements and promotes continuous improvement.
• Resolves non-routine incidents promptly.
• Maintains cleaning of processing rooms.
• Trains new operators and tracks progress.
