Glencore's Hail Creek Open Cut is seeking a Senior Mining Systems Coordinator to lead the Dispatch team and own the Production Systems strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement.

You will direct installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of mining systems and fleet tools, build strong stakeholder relationships, and translate system performance into tangible business outcomes. Qualifications

• Extensive mine site leadership experience as Dispatch/operations lead.
• Experience with fleet management and reporting systems.
• Advanced computer skills with Power BI and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership of the Dispatch team, including performance coaching and rostering.
• Own the strategic vision and roadmap for Production Systems at Hail Creek.
• Oversee installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of mining systems and fleet tools.
• Lead site-wide governance on Production Systems and stakeholder relationships.
