Job summary

RTX is seeking a Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for Production Support in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on troubleshooting production hardware, analyzing test data, and driving corrective actions across cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering.

The candidate will own TRDs, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve production and testing issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in analysis, test, measurement, or integration of electrical products or systems.
• Willingness to work on-site in Huntsville, AL.
• Strong collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Technical troubleshooting of production hardware and test equipment from system to CCA.
• Reviewing and modifying designs to solve production issues.
• Resolution of issues on production lines and with suppliers.
• Failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Analog and digital circuit analysis and modeling of subsystems.
• Present technical justifications to peers, leadership, and customers.
• On-site production line support and travel to suppliers as needed.
