Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe.
• Manage production quality and ensure standards and specifications are met by the supervisor.
• Oversee production process, perform periodic checks, and adjust equipment/work practices as needed.
• Staff, train, and develop team members.
• Adhere to labor and OPEX budgets.
• Other duties as assigned.
