Responsibilities

• Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices.
• Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Maintenance Manager.
• Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, etc.
• Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations.
• Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure prioritizing equipment uptime and gathering operator feedback.
