Job summary

Trident Seafoods in Carrollton, GA seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee year-round production and seasonal processing. You will coordinate staff, schedules, and equipment, ensuring HACCP, GFSI, GMP and safety standards are met.

You will develop plans, adjust work procedures, monitor KPIs, and maintain production records while guiding workers and communicating with the Production Manager. A strong food-manufacturing background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment with specific experience leading production lines.
• HS Diploma or equivalent (or degree, etc.)
• Two years related experience and/or training; Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, coordinates production activities in the plant.
• Estimates staffing and assigns duties per production schedules.
• Develops a process plan including people, resources, equipment, and floor space.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Ensures safety policies and OSHA/GMP compliance.
• Responds to production issues and collaborates with management to resolve.
