Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Engineering, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Production or Product-management role.
• Strong leadership, decision making, teamwork and organizational skills.
• Good people management, problem-solving abilities, and conflict management.
• Good English communication.
• Good experience with SAP (preferable).
• Computer literacy especially in MS Office or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team in safety, KPI's, quality, scheduling and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety and health standards are met to keep an accident-free operation.
• Motivate and guide production staff and communicate with upper management.
• Manage production and shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop workflows to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Oversee maintenance planning and minimize downtime on production lines.
• Lead problem solving for process, machinery, or production issues.
• Train new employees and review preventive maintenance programs.
• Support new launches and trials with scheduled runs to serial production.
