Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead a team performing hand assembly of high-end sensors on a fast-paced production floor. You will ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching of technicians, and collaboration with QA and Engineering. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supervision within manufacturing or assembly, strong knowledge of hand assembly

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a supervisor or lead in manufacturing/assembly.
• Experience with high-precision or high-end products preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor assembly technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead hand assembly operations for high-end sensors.
• Plan daily production to meet schedules with quality and safety.
• Monitor workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with QA and Engineering.
• Create and supervise recovery plans for gaps.
