Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the hand assembly of high-end sensors. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and safety in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong hands-on assembly skills, and is familiar with lean, 5S and ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a supervisor or lead in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Strong hands-on assembly knowledge, including high-precision or high-end products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate a diverse team.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of assembly technicians performing intricate hand assembly processes.
• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement recovery plans, and drive process improvements.
