Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor in Henderson, CO to work closely with plant management, develop personnel, and ensure smooth operations. The role requires hands-on leadership in a warehouse setting and involves forklift duties, pallet handling, and customer support.

Overtime or swing shifts may be required. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a warehouse role, a high school diploma or GED, and proven leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading a team in a warehouse or similar facility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with plant management.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site.
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties.
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary.
• Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times.
