Responsibilities

• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Issue written and oral instructions to production workers and ensure clear goals.
• Inspect work for exactness, neatness, and policy conformance.
• Maintain attendance and production records.
• Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances.
• Coordinate with plant manager to meet on-time orders and quality goals.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and production targets are met.
