The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while aligning with company policies and standards. Excellent leadership and hands-on supervision are essential to support new product introductions and existing product lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisor certification or AA preferred.
• 1 year Manufacturing Supervisor experience (Medical Device preferred).
• 6+ years of related manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise production personnel and activities to meet customer requirements across products and builds, ensuring output supports high-quality patient outcomes.
• Lead the team to achieve production goals across Safety, Quality, Service and Cost.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and respect with injury-free environment and high morale.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems (FDA, GMP, QSR, ISO) and company policies; manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve quality, productivity, and reduce cycle times.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top production talent; address training needs and performance evaluations.
