Job summary

Endologix LLC in California is seeking a Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead and optimize manufacturing activities for current and next‑generation devices.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Regulatory to ensure compliant, efficient production, drive cost reductions, and mentor a high‑performing team.

The compensation package includes $170k–$195k base, a 15% discretionary bonus, equity participation, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical degree.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• Experience with FDA, ISO, GMP, and design control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize Manufacturing Engineering activities across products.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
• Apply data analysis to drive decisions and improvements.
• Support NPI and design for manufacturability initiatives.
• Lead cost-reduction while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
