Job summary

Endologix is seeking a Production Supervisor in Santa Rosa, CA to lead manufacturing personnel and ensure high-quality output for our vascular care products. The role drives production schedules, safety, and continuous improvement within a cleanroom environment.

You will oversee daily operations, enforce GMP/QSR standards, manage attendance, and collaborate with Planning, Quality, and Engineering to meet metrics and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Manufacturing Supervisor experience (Medical Device preferred).
• 6+ years of related manufacturing leadership experience (Internal Candidates).
• Experience working with manufacturing/ERP systems (QAD preferred).
• Knowledge of quality system requirements (QSR) and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel and activities to meet customer requirements across commercial products, new product introductions, and clinical builds, ensuring outputs support high-quality patient outcomes.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals across Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost.
• Champion a culture of safety and accountability by promoting an injury-free work environment and high morale.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, QSR, ISO and company policies; manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Track, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Forecast material, tool, and supply requirements to maintain production flow and readiness.
• Support ERP-related activities and accurate work order data entry; coordinate with Planning.
