Veolia is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee manufacturing operations at our Minnesota facility. You will lead front-line staff, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.
The role requires strong leadership, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to manage multiple product lines while coaching teams and complying with regulatory quality systems.

Role Summary:
The Production Supervisor 2nd shift supports completion of manufacturing operations in critically staffed areas. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading all aspects of managing the production for the facility during their assigned shift. This role is a key driver for safety, quality, and on-time delivery. In this role, you will perform the daily operations of the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. This requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge.
Essential Responsibilities:
This position requires a developed and strong foundation of functional skills and knowledge of relevant technologies, the oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees, and the management of the hourly population of employees.

Compensation: The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $84,000 - $92,000 USD.
