Qualifications

• Experience in an injection molding environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production in assigned area and drive performance improvements.
• Prioritize work, monitor schedules, and address operational issues.
• Ensure staffing, training, and safety compliance across the shift.
• Promote 5S, quality and policy adherence while reducing downtime.
• Communicate with peers and plant leadership to share updates and plan actions.
