Job summary

Dorel Industries, via Maxi-Cosi, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities in an injection molding environment. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Prior injection molding experience is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with manufacturing, quality, engineering and program management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; ability to collect and analyze operations data.
• Commitment to improving 5S performance and time/project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day production team within assigned area(s) and drive performance improvements.
• Schedule, prioritize work, monitor output, and address operational issues.
• Ensure staffing and resource utilization, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Coach and lead staff; promote teamwork and accountability and maintain documentation.
• Promote safe, clean work environment and maintain up‑to‑date process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and waste and drive continuous improvement.
