Job summary

IPS Corporation, based in Durham, NC, seeks a Production Supervisor to join the IPS Adhesives Operating Company. This exempt role provides direction, coaching, and technical expertise to the team, fostering continuous improvement and safe, on‑time production aligned with customer demand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to sustain continuous improvement and safe production.
• Conduct daily standup meetings to review safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and evaluate work; enforce policies and procedures.
• Utilize MRP data to monitor inventory and production activity.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards.
• Resolves personnel issues and coordinates with Paycom for timecards.
