Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising hourly or production workforce.
• 3+ years manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience with 5S/Lean manufacturing and formal problem solving preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor supervision of machining, finishing, packaging, and shipping operations.
• Train new employees on standard work, JSA, 5S, and visual factory.
• Manage schedules, time off, absenteeism, and timecards.
• Enforce company policy on employee relations; document disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support safety practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
