Job summary

Sterling Site Access Solutions, LLC is seeking a Production Lead for the 2nd shift in Phoenix, IL. You will guide CLT line operators, train new staff, and ensure efficient, safe production.

Requirements include 3+ years in manufacturing and leadership experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; forklift experience is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with a $22–$24 hourly rate. Benefits include HSA/FSA, Life, Disability, Pet, PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train CLT line operators in all aspects of operations.
• Support onboarding and safety training for new staff.
• Mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
• Monitor workflow and assist with troubleshooting.
• Coordinate daily tasks and delegate work across the line.
• Perform routine quality checks and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with leadership to track production and implement improvements.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
