Job summary

Knowles is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise production teams, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree with related experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and customer demand.
• Monitor KPIs: production output, scrap rate, downtime, labor efficiency, on-time delivery.
• Balance the line to sustain production flow and calculate manpower.
• Ensure schedules are executed according to plan.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality.
