Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Fresno, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee plant operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and professional standards across the site.

In this role you will schedule cylinder gas production to meet customer demand, maintain stock levels, train personnel, investigate incidents, and coordinate with internal and external customers to sustain efficient, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience, or 1–2 years of cylinder processor-lead experience preferred.
• Production or distribution experience required; industrial gas industry or equivalent experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes of each.
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies including FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsabilités

• Ensure plant operations are performed safely and in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Schedule and coordinate cylinder gas production to meet customer demand; monitor stock and deliveries.
• Train staff, support employee development, and supervise personnel fairly.
• Drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day activities and conduct incident investigations with detailed reports.
• Support efficient product distribution and maintain professional interactions with customers.
