Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Eastford, CT site, specifically for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00pm-12:30am). You will lead production, enforce safety, and mentor team members to meet quality and productivity targets.

The role requires 2–3 years in a warehouse setting and demonstrated leadership. Overtime and occasional swing shifts may be necessary; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site.
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties.
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary.
• Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times.
