Ardent Mills is looking for a Production Supervisor in Alton, IL to oversee daily operations for packing, warehouse and loading while ensuring safety and policy adherence. You will lead direct reports, drive continuous improvement, and maintain accuracy in inventory and production data.

Responsibilities include coordinating with EHS and Quality, managing schedules, and developing the workforce through coaching and engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or GED with 4 years of production experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership in an industrial environment.
• Understanding of safety hazards and protocols.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

• Oversees and executes day-to-day operations for packing, warehouse and loading.
• Partners with EHS and Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory experts to ensure safety compliance.
• Monitors production outcomes, quality and adherence to safety standards.
