Job summary

Diamond Pet Foods, located in Arkansas, is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate raw materials, machinery, and staffing to maximize ROI and meet plant goals. This role is considered a “key” position within the facility.

Responsibilities include supervising production, packaging, and quality control teams; maintaining schedules; enforcing safety and GMP policies; and driving continuous improvement across operations. Willingness to work any shift is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs and safety policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with production staff and management.
• Experience writing reports, SOPs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day workflow of production, packaging, warehouse, food safety, and quality control.
• Minimize wasted resources and improve efficiency.
• Forecast and plan workload for production and packaging areas.
• Enforce disciplinary policies per Employee Handbook.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and adjust machines.
