Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and develop a production team in our New Jersey facility.

You will supervise, train, and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and resolve issues to maintain high performance and morale while ensuring safety and quality standards. You will monitor production processes, coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics to optimize flow, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate production staff; delegate tasks and manage workload.
• Monitor production processes; ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards; coordinate with maintenance, QC, and logistics.
• Schedule production activities; allocate resources; identify efficiency and cost improvements.
