Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preference for Industrial Engineering or Food Science
• Ten years’ experience in a production facility, preferably in a food facility; prior flour milling, spice blending, or frozen food exposure is a plus
• Excellent communication and coaching skills; detail oriented and organized; proficient with spreadsheets, databases and word processing
• Strong HAACP, GMP, and safety knowledge; hands‑on work ethic
• Supervisory experience including staffing decisions, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations

Responsibilities

• Communicate with associates focusing on personal development and performance feedback
• Monitor daily operation schedules for all departments and ensure goals are met
• Perform daily facility tours across all areas
• Provide strategic guidance through meetings
• Track KPIs for quality, service, safety and cost
• Share operations goals and guidelines with leadership
• Be open to feedback and react positively
• Participate in new product development by researching cost and feasibility
• Communicate production plans for new products to Team Leaders and support implementation
• Develop and monitor the operations annual budget and adjust as needed
