The role oversees factory-built housing construction activities and coordinates workers to align with production schedules in a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and a proven ability to improve methods, equipment performance, and product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Examines blueprints to determine dimensions of structure.
• Studies production schedules and assigns employees as required to meet production schedules.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
