Job summary

Signode, a leading transit packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, coordinate personnel, and ensure on‑time production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will supervise teams, partner with plants and maintenance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements include 5 years in manufacturing with 2 years in supervision, a high school degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ manufacturing experience with minimum 2 years of supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mathematical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Education: Highschool Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance and support; foster a positive and collaborative environment.
• Enforce and promote Signode safety regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate daily with Plant/Operations Manager on production.
• Analyze data and draw actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain records of production activities, quality control measures, and incidents.
