Qualifications

• 3 years manufacturing experience with minimum 2 years of supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mathematical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance and support; foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Enforce and promote Signode safety regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate daily with Plant/Operations Manager on production.
• Analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Collaborate with production planning to create schedules and timelines.
• Address production issues in real time and implement corrective actions with maintenance and engineering as needed.
• Maintain records of production activities, quality control measures, and incidents; ensure documentation compliance.
