JMJ PHILLIP seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Gary, Indiana. You will lead production staff, optimize workflow, and ensure quality and safety standards are met while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising production or manufacturing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and quality standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and make sound operational decisions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
