Job summary

Ace Precision is seeking a Production Supervisor to motivate, develop, and direct the work of our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on achieving quality, efficiency, and safety while coaching staff to meet company standards.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's Degree in Manufacturing or related field and at least three years of supervisory experience, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to read complex drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a manufacturing-related field with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills; ability to read and interpret documentation.

Responsibilities

• Motivates, develops, and directs the work of production employees.
• Sets clear expectations for performance and appraises performance regularly.
• Provides coaching, mentoring, and resources for staff development.
• Trains employees to meet quality, quantity, and safety standards.
• Assists in recruitment and onboarding of production staff.
• Monitors adherence to safety procedures and work instructions.
• Interprets sketches, routings, and product specifications.
• Analyzes schedules and reports to plan production requirements.
